Sen. Wikos’ proposed S.B. 428 is here. The Hartford Public High scenario was contemplated when the legislature codified the court ruling redefining marriage in Connecticut. An amendment to prevent this type of situation failed in 2009. That amendment was the basis of Sen. Witkos’ 2011 bill.
Once again, FIC’s predictions about the consequences for Connecticut after same-sex “marriage” come true. Watch for further action items on turning the tide.
