AT CALIGIURI HEADQUARTERS

I was at Sam’s HQ until about an hour ago and it was a great place to end the day. He won his race and will be an outstanding pro-family state senator.
The place was packed with friends and reporters and the atmosphere was festive. A good contingent of CT Right to Life and FIC Action Committee volunteers were present. Sam’s wife, Lori, told me that some voters she met said they were choosing Sam because of letters they received from us.
Sam’s victory was among our highest priorities. Whatever our other wins and losses (and we’ll have a full tally up soon) his victory alone marks a huge improvement over the 2004 state elections.
