FIC LAUNCHES STATE-OF-THE-ART WEB SITE

The Family Institute of Connecticut is proud to announce the launch of our new state-of-the-art web site, which can be viewed by clicking here.
We will be providing regular updates on all the exciting new features that will make our site even more crucial in the fight for faith and family in Connecticut. For now, two items in particular deserve special notice.
By clicking on the “Contact Your Legislator” button in the left-hand margin, visitors to our web site will now be able to write directly to their state legislators on any topic. FIC will, of course, continue to post action alerts on specific items. But the new site now allows you to contact your legislator at any time on any topic.
The other noteworthy item is the “Write a Letter to the Editor” feature. We are frequently approached by FIC members looking for assistance in responding to attacks on the family published in their local newspapers. Now, with the click of a button, FIC’s website allows you to e-mail a letter to every newspaper within a certain distance from your home.
The key point about these new features is how easy it makes it to contact your legislators or local newspapers. All you have to do is type your zip code and, even if you do not know who to contact, the system will guide you to your legislators and the newspapers closest to your home!
We are truly grateful to those major donors who made this significant upgrade to our web site possible. We invite our members to visit, sample the new items and tell us what you think.
