ANTI-CHRISTIAN REVENGE TACTIC FAILS

Our thanks to all of you who expressed your appreciation for the revamp of FIC’s website, which went live last week. The revamp is still a work in progress, which is why there was no blogging last week. But we could not allow another day to pass without noting that the move by pro-abortion legislators to punish pro-life Christian hospitals by withholding millions of dollars in emergency energy aid from those hospitals was stripped from the budget over the weekend. We would link to a newspaper article discussing this development, but there does not appear to be one.
It was because of the calls and e-mails by you, the pro-family citizens of Connecticut, that this brazen attack on religious freedom in our state failed. But make no mistake: the enemies of faith and family will be back next year to launch another attack, especially if they have a good election in November. All the more reason, then, that pro-family voters must be sure to vote their values on Election Day.
